Special Announcement:

  As of March 1, 2009, I closed Ascent Bodywork and joined the team at Wize Bodiez Massage and Fitness at their new location behind Owens Realty on Meadowview Drive (417 Meadowview Drive). This is an exciting transition! The location is beautiful and peaceful, and spacious enough that yoga and pilates classes can be offered. We also have hopes of holding tea-tastings and other special events and classes. Chris O'Donnell, the owner of Wize Bodiez, also offers personal training services and rehabilitative massage.
