About Emily

        Emily Kinsman is a Nationally Certified, Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She has lived in the Boone area for 13 years, 9 of them married to her husband Fox. In 1999, she graduated from Appalachian State University with BA in Sociology and a minor in Social Work.

        Emily was introduced to massage when she suffered a long period of chronic low back pain, fatigue, and body aches. At first a very reluctant client, she was amazed at the results she gained from regular massage therapy and quickly decided that she wanted to help others the same way her massage therapist had helped her. After returning to school, she graduated from the 579-hour massage therapy course offered by Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute in August of 2007. She is now excited to bring the gift of massage to her clients.
